We offer direct shipping to multiple addresses.
On-line you can create as many shipping addresses as you want in the “2. Shipping Addresses” page of the market basket. Then at “6. Finalize your Checkout” use [Ship to Multiple Addresses] to specify how many albums go to each address. Or, you can e-mail or fax us your list. If you do so, always reference your order number.

We ship standard UPS Ground: The map the schedule for shipping within the continental United States. For shipping outside the continental United States, please call 631-249-9600, extension 217 for a rate quote.

Can I request expedited shipments?
Should a shipment be required to be received by a certain date, please notify us and we will give you confirmation whether or not it can be done. While we state a seven working day lead-time for all shipments, most orders go out in far less time. Shipping an order with less than 24 hours notice will carry a $10 rush fee. All requests should be made directly to customer service to confirm the product’s immediate availability.

Can I return these albums?
Because these albums are customized for you, no order may be returned without an authorized fax or e-mail from Graphic Image. Similarly, orders may not be canceled once the books are produced without approval from Graphic Image.
Returns due to quality issues must be identified within the first 5 days of receipt.
