If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer's defect please make sure it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. We cannot guarantee a full refund for any items being returned after the 30 day return policy. If you would like to retrun a Graphic Image product we recommend you follow the below guidelines: 1. Place the product in it's original packaging. 2. Include a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return. 3. Return the package by UPS. 4. For your own protection, we suggest you ensure the parcel for it's full value (This cost is not elligle for a refund by Graphic Image). Refunds will include the original freight charges and the UPS ground charges back to us ONLY if the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or a shipping error on our part. NOTE: Personalized items will not be elligle for a refund unless the product is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect. The above return policy applies only to customers who purchased their Graphic Image product directly from Graphic Image. If you purchased your product from a retailer other than Graphic Image, please contact the place of purchase.
