Processing time for non-personalized orders are approximately 6 to 8 business days. Choosing an expedited shipping method does NOT effect the processing time for the order.

Graphic Image / GiGi New York cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries by the carrier. It is up to the carrier to deliver your package on time.

Delivered But Not Delivered Package
If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address on the order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly and open an investigation. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states “DELIVERED” to the shipping address.

Non-Personalized Items

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Graphic Image receipt, invoice, or gift receipt. Without your original receipt, invoice, or gift receipt, you will be offered a merchandise credit for the lowest or discounted selling price of the item.

If the original purchase included a bonus gift, the bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.

Returns of merchandise are accepted in original, sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If a return is not in the original, sellable condition, then a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please call customer service at 1-800-232-5550 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday - Friday) or email customerservice@graphicimage.com.

Hold onto your shipping receipt and packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.

Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

Styles personalized through our monogramming program are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Excellent Planner

I purchase the Desk Diary annually. One for my wife and one for myself. Never a problem with the online ordering process and the product is always of the highest quality. Graphic Image is a great company to deal with.

Great product; delivery service left the package in the pouring rain, not acceptable.

Im In Love ... but here's what I wish

I love this planner!! Its even better than past ones I have had in this size. The paper now has "tooth" (it used to be too slick for my taste) which makes it so much easier to write and highlight on now. Having used other planners during the years I stepped away there are only two things missing for me in this design 1) So few lined notes pages in the back. I like to have at least one page per month to capture To Dos, Notes or Key Takeaways from the month. 2) No column on the side on the monthly calendar view for Reminders or Notes re: Meetings & Events. I got the Emerald green color and it's so beautiful! I'm excited to give it another try for 2024 and see how I can adapt to what's missing. I too could easily forego pages 6-19 and all the maps in the back. Mine lays flat beautifully which is important to me as well!!

Weekly Desk Planner Review

I received my weekly desk diary in dark green. It is beautiful as always. I have been very disappointed that having purchased this diary, engraved, for almost 25 years, I am not being recognized as a loyal client of yours. There were years when you included a beautiful “thank you gift”. My favourite was a fabulous pink I Phone case, which I used for several years until new phones got too big. For the last two years, I never even received a discount on Black Friday!! In closing, yes, your products are lovely, but after purchasing one from you for many many years. Excellent Desk Diary!!

I have been purchasing desk diaries every year for about 20 years. They are always perfect, exactly as ordered. They are beautiful books, well made to stand up to daily use. My clients ask how they can order them because they have such great daily organization and plenty of space for notes as well.as great maps. I highly recomend these organizing geniuses!
