How much does personalization cost?
The cost for personalization is $12 for each line of personalization.
How long will my personalization take?
The processing time for personalized orders at Graphic Image is typically 5-7 business days.
What is a character count?
A character count refers to the number of letters that can fit on a product for personalization. Our team determines the optimal character count for each style, ensuring that you can include full names or catchy phrases, depending on the style chosen.
What does blind mean?
In the context of personalization, "blind" refers to a type of stamping or embossing technique. When an item is blind stamped, a brass die is pressed into the leather surface without using any metallic or colored foil. This results in the personalization being either the same color as the leather or, due to the heat generated, it could slightly darken or burnish the leather, creating a subtle and elegant effect.
Can I choose the location and size of the personalization?
For most products, personalization is positioned in the lower right-hand corner of the front cover. Multiple lines are center-aligned in the same area. Small accessories may vary.
By default, we choose the most appropriate size for the personalization. If you prefer a specific size, please add your choice to the order comments section during checkout. Any deviation from our standard sizes must be requested in writing.

With optical center positioning, the text is adjusted so that it appears visually centered, taking into account the varying widths of the characters. This ensures that the overall look is balanced and aesthetically pleasing.
